This pistol is built from scratch at CZ Custom, evolving from the Shadow series as envisioned by Angus. The hammer-forged CNC-machined frame features a heavy dustcover that significantly absorbs recoil and minimizes muzzle rise. With a high cut beavertail, undercut triggerguard, and 25 LPI checkering, this pistol is designed for ultimate control and comfort, making it ideal for competition shooting.
The A01-LD boasts a double/single action mechanism and a match-grade 4.925″ bull barrel crafted from 416 stainless steel, ensuring exceptional accuracy. The trigger pull is solid and consistent, with a DA weight of 8-8.5 lbs and a SA weight of 3-3.5 lbs, complemented by a short reset. The slide, made from durable 4140 bar stock, features front and rear serrations and comes equipped with CZ Custom’s low-mount rear sight and fiber-optic front sight for quick target acquisition.
